Michael English was fantastic to work with throughout the blind design process. He listened carefully to what I wanted, offered thoughtful recommendations, and helped me choose styles that matched the space perfectly. Dan did a great job installing the blinds. He was punctual, professional, and efficient. The installation was done quickly, yet he still took the time to ensure every blind was properly aligned and operated smoothly. Overall, both Michael and Dan delivered excellent service from design to installation. Highly recommended!

Although the shutters for one of my bedrooms had the wrong frame size in the box, my installer, Danny, did a great job. He was very thorough in laying everything out ahead of time and explaining everything to me. He took his time and didn’t rush through, which I very much appreciate. It was the manufacturer who put the wrong items in a box labeled correctly, so nothing installer could do about it. I could tell he felt bad but assured me he would see to it that the right frame is ordered and reassured me that someone would come out to install it once it is in. Overall, very happy with everything.
