Fantastic set up for some Hypoxia training. I’ve just come off an 18,000ft climb in Tibet in the East Himalayas and the training I did beforehand helped a lot. Mark’s attention to detail was invaluable and he always makes you feel safe and aware of the experience when the oxygen is cut. Initially a tough first session each time I felt easier and when I was on the mountain at high altitude I was able to pull mentally and physically from a lot of the insights I got from Mark. I’d highly recommend this training to anyone going into high altitudes to climb, hike or participate in sports. Great team at Bodycentre.
